What data I collect and why

When you use this website, I may collect:

Name and email address: if you sign up for notifications through the site. I use this only to send you the updates you've asked for. Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw this at any time. Plus any information you choose to include. I use this to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Order information: name, delivery address, email, and payment details when you place an order through the Wix store. I need this to fulfil your order. Legal basis: contract. Payment is processed by Wix Payments; I never see or store your full card details.

Contact form and Book A Call submissions: name, email, and any information you choose to include. I use this to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Website usage data: I use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use this site. This collects anonymised data about pages visited, time spent, and device type. It uses cookies. Legal basis: consent. You'll be asked via the cookie banner when you first visit.

Who I share data with

I don't sell your data to anyone and try to ensure I avoid using 3rd party data access where possible. I use the following third-party services that process data on my behalf:

Order records: 7 years (legal requirement for tax purposes)

Notification list: until you unsubscribe

Enquiry records: 2 years from last contact

Analytics data: as per Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months)

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent at any time; object to processing; and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
