Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

 

In general I always aim to ensure my clients are satified with there products and if you ever aren't please get in touch to try find a resolution.

I am unable to do exchanges or returns on personalised items unless there is an error or damage. Return shipping costs are initially covered and maybe refunded at my discretion after items are received back and inspected.

I can’t offer returns/refunds for items damaged through neglect/poor aftercare.

Refunds may be made in the form of store credit or return to original payment method (at customer request). It is not possible to refund to a payment method not used on original order.
